Suggested 20% Tip Policy
After your appointment, we suggest a 20% tip on the list price — but tipping is always your choice. This is a recommendation, not a requirement, and nothing is ever added to your bill automatically. WHY SUGGEST 20%? Our patients and customers represent highly diverse cultures from around the world, and we understand the practice of tipping (gratuity) varies greatly across these cultures. Rather than leave you guessing at "what is the right amount", we suggest a simple 20% — a guideline that lets us keep our treatment prices competitive while ensuring our staff receive a fair gratuity. WHO RECEIVES THIS MONEY? Tips go 100% to your therapist.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please notify us at least 12 hours prior to your appointment date/time if you need to change or cancel. No-Shows or notice of less than 12 hours will result in forfeit of your deposit or prepayment. We will make every effort to find an accommodating new date and time if you contact us during business hours and 12 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time. Once the therapy session begins, you agree to pay the list price in full — No Refunds.
Package Purchase Policy
We will only honor purchases of Massage services used within 12 months of the purchase date.
